NEW MACHINE FOR
GLASS OR STONE PROCESSING
- First contact and project start.
- The specifications are shared with the parent company. Lattuada NA will always be the customer’s sole point of reference.
- Following on the feasability study, Lattuada sends the project, complete with timing and costs.
- Lattuada NA submits its offer.
- The customer releases the project and receives the order confirmation with all documents attached.
- Start of manufacturing, in full compliance with the quality assurance chain granted by Lattuada.
- Shipment of machine and components to US or Canada. Lattuada NA deals with all logistic, custom and insurance aspects related to the transport, the costs being already included in the first offer submitted.
- Set-up at customer’s place.
- Training for all concerned operators.
- Training per gli operatori preposti.
- Start of manufacturing. Lattuada NA follow-up: always available for technical support and spare parts.
TECHNICAL
SUPPORT
- First contact and customer’s request.
- Based on a preliminary analysis, the nature of the reported issue identified.
- Whenever possible, remote support is always provided.
- When its presence at site is required, the Lattuada NA team is always ready to leave.
- Technical intervention at site and solution.
- The ticket is closed, the issue solved.
SPARE PARTS
AND CONSUMABLES
- First contact and customer’s request.
- Check if the part is available at stock. In the rare cases in which it is not available,
- it is immediately ordered and its delivery is planned at the earliest.
- Part shipment and delivery.
- Upon customer’s request, it is possible to fit the part at its place.
